I scheduled my appointment online and the same morning, Francis was following up with my concern and had the service men out to my house within 45 minutes. I was at work but my mother was greeted by Derrick and the other gentleman and she said they were courteous, friendly and completed the job within 30 minutes. I would recommend not waiting on a slow drain like I did for over a month. I will follow up with a purchase of the enzyme cleaner when I am in Potsdam.
